My phone had been hacked and the hacker had compromised everything on my phone. I was so frantic and upset My life was being turned upside down. Went into the Metro store at 427 N Bolingbrook Dr. in Bolingbrook They saved the day and my identity I can't begin to thank them enough. They were so calming, understanding, and helpful. I will always go to their store and recommend others do the same. Stop in there You will be glad you did.

Took a phone I had just bought hours beforehand to unlock it & the woman who attended to my request ended up scratching my phone in two key places; Intentionally, when I went to retrieve my debit card. It'll cost over $200 to replace. Basic pleasure of watching videos on my phone is gone now. ..Seems to be a trend amongst cell phone service stores in general. Only reason I won't leave 1 star was the modest price of the service.nI don't recommend giving any member of this store the benefit of the doubt.nEdit: She was mad thick though. I'd take her phone # as compensation.
