Loading is OK, as long as your early or right on time. If you're late, by any time, expect to sit to the end of THEIR day! I totally understand waiting, but 7.5 hours, due to me being caught in traffic... Come on! Seriously!nnNot to mention they email saying I'm loaded and they're finishing up the paperwork, yet they hadn't even set my dock plate yet!
I went in on a wednesday, 2 hours late to the appointment due to the strong winds in I-65, and Once I arrived I was well taking care off. Best part I had a light load of 12 pallets and it did not take 2 hours to unload. I see the bad reviews here, I hope my reviews helps someone out, the entrance is after the black fence I saw 2 spots for The dock where you get unloaded but unloading was quick for me. The bathroom is super clean and dope.
Was 30 minutes early for appointment. Put in door right away. Now 3 hrs later and loading hasn't started. Probably lose a profitable reload because of this
IF you are a work in, like I was today, I sat here for almost 8 hours just watching my clock disappear. Now I have to wait another 2 hours to leave and be up for 24 hours to make the delivery on time. Pretty bogus set up. They said appointments first then the work ins by the oder they get here, the latest you can show up is 15:25, or they won't load you that day. Personally, if I am ever a work in I will show up at 1500, I am not going to show up early hoping I am lucky. Also at 8 am they told me I will be done at 11, I got done at 1530.
Loaded fairly quick but....... could take 3-4 hours to get paperwork. You know they print it out by hand and make their own ink so hey who needs a printer right, or maybe they are still running on old school dial up internet never know ud83dude02
