I was completely in awe at the wonderful experience that I received! I booked online and received an email back stating the time I was looking for wasn't available. After corresponding back and forth, each time with an immediate response, they reached out to Meghan to see if she would consider coming in early to do my facial, and she did! I didn't even ask them to do this! This was exceptional customer service. Thank you Meghan and to whomever I was corresponding with via email! I will definitely be back!

The atmosphere at Pure Escape is very soothing; the practitioners all show great attention to detail, and the results are beautiful! I would highly recommend this Spa to anyone looking for health, beauty and wellness professionals who truly care about their clients. 5 stars!!!
