Chad was a fantastic salesperson. He was no pressure and answered all of our questions. He was very personable. While he is young, Chad certainly has a like ability about him. We could have purchased this Mattress at several different stores. Chad is the single reason we choose Denver Mattress. The mattress is being delivered soon so I can’t speak about that experience yet. If you are in the market for a new bed, we recommend going to Denver Mattress by Grand Prairie Mall and ask for Chad.

I enjoyed my first-time experience at Denver mattress. I went in looking for a purple mattress because of what I saw on TV and I found them to be quite comfortable. They had the original model along with three hybrid models. All that means is that the hybrid 2 had 2 inches of the purple grid on top. Same concept for the 3 and 4 models. I found the 2 and 3 models most comfortable. I chose the 2nd model. I must admit that these mattresses are quite expensive but there are several options which my salesman Lee Banfield covered all of.He was very helpful and informative was able to answer all my questions and most of all wasn't pushy.

We had a great experience. We quickly found a mattress that we love and everyone was very kind and helpful. We were in and out within 20 minutes. Our mattress was delivered within a week and we have loved it ever since!
