An excellent place to buy furniture without any complications in purchasing. Sandi was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING in helping me out when switching to a new couch when we found out the other one didn't fit. She was very nice and went above and beyond helping me out.
So i bought my mattress on 3-2018 and some how it failed , so as we all know warranty is usually a pain . The owner and the employee made it so simple and fixed the situation on the spot will definitely refer people to them based on customer service alone. Thank you for actually standing behind your product.
Do not recommend put a hole in our new mattress has been almost a year and still has not been fixed never return phone calls always have some excuse as to why that can't correct this.I do not recommend buying from them.
I have had a very unpleasant, unsatisfactory experience with this business. They damaged my flooring when they delivered my mattress and wood base. To date, they have neglected to return phone calls about this matter; said my apartment complex would want to be paid for the damages when I moved out, yet also act like they have no responsibility in the matter; have given false information to agencies involved in the matter; have given me false information when trying to resolve the matter; and generally have not been the least bit professional and are doing anything they can to avoid paying for all the damage and stress they have caused. I am not alone when I give facts regarding this business. They have a number of complaints with the Better Business Bureau of Illinois.
Ken Humphreys was very helpful. Made our shopping experience easy.Love our new mattress. Very affordable and he threw in some freebies.
