The customer service was good. But the oat milk chai latte I ordered tasted nasty and like pure coffee. So she made a new one and the second one was extremely sweet and thick... still nasty. The sandwich tasted like a soggy diaper. I would recommend better management and training

For being the only donut shop in town right now, they had nothing... and I mean nothing left, but a few stale donut holes at lunch time. They are a busy shop right off the highway with a constant line of cars in drive thru. Maybe they need to make more in a days time to accommodate.

Just never tastes good. Everything i order the machine is ways broke down. The blenders or the espresso machine. And then i have to try something new and its either god awfully sweet or barely tastes at all.

This was by far the worst Dunkin’ I have ever been too. Poor customer service & rude workers. We ordered two iced coffees & paid for both. As soon as we got to the window & paid, they then told us they couldn’t make our other iced coffee because they forgot to tell us they were out. & we never got our money back. They were arguing with us trying to get us to get something else instead of offering our money back. Don’t ever go, find another Dunkin’, because you won’t like the outcome at the Dunkin’ in Lincoln, IL.

Ive been a regular on and off but ive had it. Especially after how many times you walk into crew crying. What kind of manager leaves the crew EVERY single sunday? Its not hard to keep track of that in a small town and 99% of the time you cant even find or get a call through to hear from a manager, especially on weekends. After so many excuses, is there really a good enough reason or did people forget how to run a store? I feel horrible for that crew. No wonder why some say Dunkin is rude cause they never have enough staff or someone to manage them.
