I messed up my laptop trying to do an OS upgrade on my own. It took a few minutes for Anthony to look at, and diagnose the problem. He not only corrected what I did, he added more memory, cleaned out stuff that was slowing it down and made my laptop work better than ever. He's honest, explained everything to me, and is really fair on pricing. I highly recommend Open Arc.
