I came into the store to convert from Sprint to T-Mobile. Sprint made this extremely frustrating after the merger, but the team here at this store walked me through the process and got everything done in a pleasant and professional manner. This included phone ports and then 2 upgrades. Thomas, Alex and Nate did a great job!

I did a Migrate from Sprint to T- Mobil. We were directed to the T Mobil in Fox Lake IL because the first one said they could not do it.nI have 4 lines.nThey had 2 or 3 well qualified politenrepresentatives . We had Thomas helping us. I recommend this store with 5 dtardnn.

Honestly, the team here at this location is phenomenal! They are so friendly and give off such a positive energy. They joke around not only with each other but with the customers as well, but buckle down and get to work. I always hate dealing with trading in my phone for whatever newer model is out there, but the fox lake team made it actually bearable.

General manager didn’t even know how to explain how the warranty works or costs... I find out more information online than walking in the store
