If I had a dollar for every time they were rude to me or got my order wrong I would have enough money to buy everything off the menu. The girl who works there in the morning is so rude it’s unreal. Always has an attitude & is snappy. It seems like no one is properly trained- or maybe none of them have human decency idk. I have never in my life had a good experience at this Dunkin’
I don’t believe the workers here have any kind of decency, let alone any formal training of any kind when it comes to customer service. I come here out of convenience as it is close to my house, but the staff is routinely rude and gets my order incorrect. Will not be returning.
You can get nicer service at your local state prison.
I like new personal working alir better attitude and not lazy like personal before.
Fresh doughnuts are soooo much better and they are HOMEMADE!!!
