Chuck and his guys have been great! I purchased a cedar gazebo that had been used as a sample. After seeing it for years I called and asked if it was something they would be willing to sell. With in a couple weeks the floor was installed at my house and the gazebo was up! Even though my gazebo is already about 5 yrs old it’s in great shape and beautiful after just a little rinsing with the hose.nMy customer service experience and the attentiveness has been fabulous, truly a wonderful experience.
Horrible! Have spent the last three months trying to get a replacement screen from Chuck the owner. They do not service there products, he is all about the next one not the ones already sold. The sad thing is the screens are so big I can not get any window nor door manufacture to make them. Guess I will have to come up with something to re-wrap entire gazebo and my customer will have to pay 3-4 more times than if leisure woods would have just helped us out and serviced the product they sold my customer! Don't use them cause if something breaks you will never get it fixed.
While Leisure Woods builds great gazebos, their follow-up service is nonexistant. They do not reply to e-mails or phone calls. I had a very simple problem - the copper top fell off. I need a special replacement nut to fix the problem. I have made many attempts to contact them and have never received a reply. Be aware that if you have an issue, nothing will be done to resolve it.
