Customer service was great! Our sales associate was Gabriel, he answered all of our questions and gave us great prices as well as a breakdown of all the fees to understand our balance. Olga was pleasant over the phone and was able to help me with my delivery issues. I got my furniture on time and it looks beautiful! I would definitely recommend this place.

Be careful guys , my husband and i came to this store in December looking for a tv stand , accent cabinet for our home we found a perfect piece which i fell in love with .. we right away talked to a salesman about purchasing it and went ahead and continued the process he mentioned to us , that it was a very unique piece and that it would be available until ends of January or beginning of February . Come ends of January we call and ask whats the update on our item , they tell yes your furniture is her you can pick up . We of course next day head on to the store to pick up . We arrive next day they tell head on back to pick your item , we go to the back. They give us an opened item ? we ask why is it wrap with a loading blanket and shrink wrap they say “ well we have to open our furniture when it arrives because it can be damage ect” i asked where is the packing where it came in i want it , they tell me they dont have it , i tell them you just opened that item how can you not have it !!We of course did not take it and went back inside to find out it was a used item that was at the entrance of the store ud83dude20ud83dude21 so all i did guys is get my $1090 back !!! Never going here again and be careful guys buying from this furniture store!
