Great selection but horrible return policy. They ask you for all of your info when purchasing something but when you need to return something they say they don't keep it on file. Its 2021, every business stores this info. Get with the times! Make it easier for customers to return things without store credit BS. Makes me want to shop somewhere else.
Bad service after selling to you. I bought a fence and a vinyl gate. $800 only for the gate and after six months the gate broken and I found that empty from inside not like they said first time ( suppose to be strong with a metal) when I talk to them they said we can’t help you and you should talk to the installer.... he should open the gate and put the metal piece....., Crasy so after you buy anything from them you have to open it pieces and put more pieces to make it stronger this is what they mean...... bad place to buy from never come back to them better to buy from big companies like menard s or Home Depot they are more honest.......
The customer service we received twice from visiting this store was very poor. Both visits, we were not greeted by a sales rep in the bath department. My second visit, I had to go up to customer service counter to inquire about assistance of purchasing a light fixture and a mailbox, the rep immediately stated the mailboxes were very expensive, the light fixture would take about 2-3 weeks (special order) and I found it very offensive of his response of the mailbox inquiry considering this comment was solely made because I'm a black person, but that it was unwarranted. I personally felt him expressing how expensive the mailbox was as if I couldn't afford either and if I couldn't I wouldn't have wasted my time. They lost on a sale and I purchased the light fixture on the spot @ GEM Lighting Company right down the street & I'll find the same quality of mailbox from another vendor.nnLastly, I will NEVER visit your store for any home projects. There are many other companies in the area which carry more products than your store and furthermore, I will make certain any/all black homeowners I know to not spend their money @ your store.
Came here for our kitchen & bathroom remodels. We were extremely pleased with the level of customer service we received. Tyler & Mike were a pleasure to work with - they took the time to ask us the specifics on our project, look up inventory, combine numerous paint mixtures to find the color we wanted & really showed the value of doing business with a local family shop. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was done exactly how we wanted it. Couldn’t have been happier with the process. Will be using Fox for all of our home improvement needs. Would highly recommend!
This store has a beautiful and modern selection of everything home. I had a minor issue with one of my purchases and Maggie helped resolve my issue and made sure I was completely satisfied. Definitely recommend Fox Home Center. Thanks again Maggie!
