I was trying to swap out a cracked after market stereo in my mom's car for a new one. I had called a few places around me and was getting the run around so I decided to try Car Audio and I'm so glad I did! Right off the bat, Creighton was very courteous and professional over the phone. It was already midday and he told me they could still take care of me same day!nI got in and met Rob who was also phenomenal! Turns out the previous stereo was wired wrong and there were some loose wires that were safety hazards hanging around. To think my mom had been driving around like that sends shivers down my spine. Thankfully, Rob caught all the issues and helped me resolve them at no extra cost (this is after already giving me a discount on the labor). He even offered to wait till I got off work later that night so I could pick up my mom's car. I can't say enough good words about the service and professionalism of this place. They definitely have a customer in me and I'm going to keep referring them to everyone I know. This is how business should be done. I'm very happy I found them. Thank you to the entire team for going the extra mile and making my experience a great one!

I used my stimulus check to buy a remote start for my Mazda CX5 in January 2021. I had a little trouble finding the place it but when I called the shop. I was guided by a pleasant young man and I am happy to say this is the best $money I ever spent. Great prices! . As cold as it has been lately I am enjoying my remote start! Kudos to Car Audio & Security , in Alsip, IL. I will tell my friends about this place. My remote start was installed as indicated in a timely manner! Great Job!

My son went in the store to inquire about an updated radio for our 2008 Doge Ram. Rob was knowledgeable, pleasant, and thorough. We left the vehicle overnight to have the radio installed. When my son picked up the truck the next day, he was pleasantly surprised that the total was less than what Rob originally quoted. Who does that nowadays? We are so happy and thankful to Rob and the entire team and wholeheartedly recommend Car Audio & Security, LLC.

A+++nGet your remote start this winter. After seeing all these great reviews (which are right on) I called Car Audio during non-business hours and left a message. Robert called me back as soon as the shop opened. He fit me in quickly. What more can I say than he does what he says. He is reliable, professional, reasonable, and efficient.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND CAS, LLC! GREAT PRICE, GREAT QUALITY AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! That's what a GREAT BUSINESS should offer a customer and THAT'S JUST WHAT THEY DO!!! Robert explained everything to me about my car alarm system, how much it would cost, how and what it would work on my car. The guy who installed it, Louie, also took the time to explain my alarm system when he was done. Works great! Creighton, who runs the phones and office, was polite and informative on the phone... that's one of the reasons why I decided to go in and check out their company. THANKS SO MUCH, CAS!!! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!
