7-Eleven - Closed

One star is for Google Maps error in still listing this as 7-Eleven. It's actually Evergreen Pantry now. Somebody should update the listing.

Tonight me and my husband had the worst experience. My husband proceeded to go into the store (which we have never been to for liquor) to potentially buy a 6 pack for a bond fire we were going to. After my husband find the store does not sell alcohol... he proceeds to come out to tell me they don't sell it but should we buy fire wood. I tell him no and as my husband is about to walk to get in the car a man comes screaming at my husband to get his hands out of his pockets. Both of us confused... the guys tell my husband after his hands are out to take everything out of his pockets. The man has a security hat on and was hanging our with one of the clerks smoking in front of the store. After my husband takes everything our of his pockets... the man tells him to go out what he took back... my husband having not taken anything proceeds to tell hi. That's it u did t steal anything. The man walks away to go back to the other clerk who is smoking to continue to smoke his cigarette while he tells my husband to stay right there and keep his hands out. My his and goes back up to him stating I just got back from deployment. I am a soldier. I would never steal from your establishment. I get out if my car to ask the man if he wanted to go through his pockets or is he going to call the cops bc we are going to leave now. The guy said just leave and we left. I will be calling corp. In the morning. And to be honest I know the law and I know our rights. He falsely accused my husband just bc he came out not buying anything. My husband has served his country and still serving. The amount of disrespect and harassment we received tonight will not go unnoticed.

Walked in to grab a snack for work tonight. Grabbed 2 Monsters and a bag of bacon jerky. The clerk was on his cell phone the entire time I was on the store. He didn't even put it down when I came to cash out. Scans my Monsters, then takes my jerky and goes to the jerky aisle (I guessed to price check). Comes back, scans a jerky bag asks me if I wanted a bag, all without putting down his phone. He bags my stuff, tosses my reciept in the trash without even asking if I wanted it. I get to work and my break comes along. I pull out the bag to find JALAPENO JERKY. Not even the same stuff I picked up. I called to complain, and the number goes right to voicemail. Not cool. Not like this stuff is cheap, and now I can't return it because he threw out my reciept. Bad business, guys.

Typical 7-11, smaller than many. Clean and well kept.

Very friendly and helpful employees!! Wouldn't mind working there!!
