I've been in love with Panera ever since it started. The food and pastries are great. Though I normally don't write negative reviews about something, I have to be honest about this one particular incident. Last time I placed a delivery order at the one on 95th street, it took them an hour and a half to deliver my lunch. I ask for it to be delivered at 12 or 12:15 and I didn't get it until almost 2 o'clock. Of all the times I've ordered delivery from this company, I've never had a problem like this. My deliveries were always so punctual. Plus, the delivery person that came did not offer me any compensation for her tardiness or any kindness or apology. Either they need to hire more staff or have better time management skills. I'm sorry for this negative review, but I thought I should like whoever is in charge know. Thank you for hearing me out and continue with your delicious business.

Wonderful associate named Vivian who took my order, she was very patient and helpful. I ate inside soup and sandwich the food was lovely but I had to leave my table once I received my food because they didn't give me any flatware. I would go back.

I like the place inside. Very good customer service. The caramel latte was good. I didn't like the cranberry muffin but that's just my taste.

Avoid this location due to the poor customer service, and extremely slow service staff. This location has a serious staff and management problem because it is constantly poor service and long wait times, for ordering, and picking up food.nThe drive through is extremely slow, even when ordering with the APP, service is slow.nThe dinning room has been closed for service, but even when it was open, there was always a long wait for ordering.nI am a member (Will soon cancel my account) of the Coffee club program, which is a great deal, but not being executed well at the sales level. Employees FAIL to monitor the coffee which is always empty, or not even made at all. The Oaklawn location is the WORST operating location of all.nHow can you mess-up coffee service???
