They advertised 6 free donut with order over 15.00 and they didn't send them. Food was cold and croissants burnt. Phone number is disconnected so you can't call. this was the third time I had problems with this dunking donuts.
This place is horrible. The employees and the manger are completely rude. I order an ice coffee and was giving a black ice coffee instead of Carmel ice coffee. I asked them nicely that I said Carmel ice coffee and the manager mimic me and made fun of how I order it. The employee working the window was laughing and still received the wrong coffee.
My favorite dunkin to go to!
Yesterday, i didnt go through drive thru i went inside. Seen a total of 4cashiers one being occuppied with a customer that was taking a while 1 was cleaning and the other 2 were on their phones i asked one of themnIf they can take my order she declined to take my order.
Worst service. I live in this town and would rather drive farther away then give them my money.
