2 of 4 drinks were wrong lni got the wrong donuts and e donut i got was so smallni got blueberry iced tea no blueberry or sugar but at least they gave me a largenno sugar in any drinks as we asked for sugarnmy drink is so disgusting i had to literally dump it out i’m not drinking that.nworst. dunkin. ever

The lady taking my order through the drive thru rushed me while i was ordering. i ordered 4 drinks and 2 donuts. when i went to the window they forgot a drink and gave the wrong donuts. i sat there and they finally asked did we forget something and i said yes so i told them and they forgot the right items again so i just left and then when i got home 3 of the 4 drinks were wrong. terrible service, can’t even get an order right when it’s not busy and there is no reason to be rushing while a customer is trying to order. Probably won’t come here again

As slow as this drive thru is there is no excuse for old coffee. I ordered an extra large dark roast, sorry ‘Midnight’, and it was horrible. Old, not hot and grounds at the bottom of the cup. Tell the customer that it will be a few minutes longer because you have to make a fresh pot and let them decide if they want to wait or not. Or keep getting bad reviews.

It’s honestly impressive how every single time I’ve tried to order a coffee here it’s completely wrong. Like they just hit a random button and give you whatever they feel like it.

I don't think I've ever gotten a complete/correct order from here. They always forget something. Order a coffee and two donuts? You'll only get one donut. Order just a regular coffee? They'll forget the sweetener.nnMake sure you check your order thoroughly before driving away.nnedit: Today my muffin was still raw in the center.
