Great customer service. My pick up cakes were scheduled for me to pick up at 4pm, not knowing they close at 5pm until I received a call that the store was closed and I had the two cakes. Management was very helpful and they were able to work with me, I picked up the cakes at 5:30pm. Thank you so much.....

Great customer service. They always have my orders ready and it never hurts to pick up something extra. If you haven’t tried you should! The marble and red velvet are our personal favorites.
My cupcakes were ready on time and they were a big hit. The young girl that checked me out seemed to rush me out but took her time with the lady before me and she was telling her about a punch card something to that nature. I wouldn't know because she didn't bother to inform me about it.
The cake was fine, but not what I ordered. Considering I ordered over the phone and gave them my card. I didn’t receive a receipt to show I bought a lemon cake. I ordered pumpkin spice, it’s October. When I called the day after my baby shower they asked me to bring my cake back. I couldn’t call day of, they close at six. So no I didn’t save a twenty person cake to eat to myself later, and had my guests eat the cake that was there. Honestly still haven’t had their pumpkin spice cake that I heard was good, and don’t care for my 10% off my next purchase.
