My husband and I were greeted at the door by Luis and he walked us through the entire process of selecting the perfect mattress. We both appreciated his knowledge and patience!! A purchase over 1300.00 isn't something we do every day yet we were provided with all of the answers we needed. We felt very comfortable making our desicion within an hour and a half. Can't wait for the delivery in 2 days. Thank you Luis!
So far a great experience. Delivery next week and will know more then. The store was clean and the sales person was friendly and patient.nUpdate: the delivery went well but some of the adjustable bed features were not connected. Need to call store back.
Eric was very knowledgeable, showed me several different models. Store was very clean and well organized.nnNo 5 stars as they charge $99 for set up and removal of old mattresses.
