Two different times I tried to purchase Starmark cabinets here. The 'designs' (which are not done in-house) didn't work. I didn't place an order and asked that my check be held when numbers didn't add up and I was not happy with the design. Even though there were emails stating to hold my check the owner deposited my check of $4,182.50 into his bank account. The only way to get my money back, was to pay him a $500- fee and to sign off on a waiver. He charged me for designs that didn't work & were advertised as free on Shapes website.
