On install: molding was scratched up in 3 rooms. Runner on stairs was damaged during the install by the stretching tool they used. It took them almost 6 months of me chasing them to correct the issue. Communication was poor and correcting the problem didn’t seem to be a priority for them. After getting the runaround and no call backs, turned out they had the runner on their shelf for months. Bottom line: install team blew it and management in the store blew it. Won’t go back and will be deterring anyone I know from working with them in the future.
Very helpful - good prices, large selection, timely delivery. Even took an area rug back after a year to have it cut down to a smaller size - no problem. Very nice staff to work with as well.
Do not give this place your money. They were so disrespectful and unhelpful and the customer service was terrible. We walked in to look at remnants and the sales rep basically raised his voice in frustration that we were there since they were SO busy. He said the Downers grove location keeps sending people there as if the extra business and referrals were bad for them. He didn’t give us the time of the day and was extremely disrespectful in his tone to me and my family. I really don’t recommend this place at all to anyone. I gladly took my business elsewhere.
Highly recommend Yonan Carpet and especiallynDeena. Thanks to Deena I was able to ordern1100 square feet of carpet long distance.nShe sent photos of carpet samples and was always available to answer questions. Installation went smoothly and the carpet is beautiful! Pricing very competitive so whynuse one of those “big” stores when you can shop local!!!
Beyond thrilled with the carpet and installation we purchased from Yonan! I've been renovating my recently purchased town home since June 1st, 2020 and long story short, there were many bumps in the road! We ended up needing to install new carpet throughout our entire unit and we needed to do it fast! Nick Allans didn't miss a beat in assisting us and our urgent needs. He has been a tremendous resource during our carpet installation process. He understood our timeline and did everything he could to get it done quickly. The installer, Julian, and his team mate worked diligently and carefully to knock out the installation in one day. The end result is perfection and everything we hoped for! Highly recommend this branch of Yonan!
