I brought in a badly damaged 1970s Getzen Eterna trumpet, and these guys made it look BEAUTIFUL. I loved the professional expertise here and just the sheer love and appreciation of instruments. I will come back with other repairs or refurbs in the future.

My clarinet was broken and it was in bad condition in general. The lady took my order right away and was so understanding and with pation was answering all my questions. The whole repair took 4/5 days and all was done as she promised me. All mechanism were loose and wobbling, but they fixed that. The clarinet cannot be as brand new but plays fantasticly now. I am satisfied with this music store, defently will come back if i need.

I had brought my 25 year old Buffet Crampon R13 Bb clarinet in for service. They did an excellent job. However, when I was home I noticed the cork on the bridge wasn't replaced and went back to Fix This! They apologized for missing that part and fixed it while I waited. I also brought in my brand new Backun Protege clarinet. The Ab/Eb key was clicking. They also fixed it perfectly. I'm so happy with everything! I highly recommend Fix This! Musical Instrument Repair.

Son brought in a tenor sax to repair. It was dropped at his high school and dented the bottom and the bell. Damage also affected the bottom three valves and the horn didn't play properly. Repairs were done on time, horn worked properly and looked real good when returned and son is happy with his horn. I was also pleasantly told the horn was worth quite a bit more than I expected so I was happy. I will definitely return, but if the horn is dropped again, the son will be paying for the damage repairs.

From the first phone call to pick up everyone was wonderful. Our repair was done quickly so our child could have instrument back for a school performance. (Above and beyond in my book.) Trumpet looked almost brand new after repairs were made! All staff was kind, estimate/pricing was exactly what we were quoted and felt pricing was very reasonable. I’d recommend them to anyone!
