This is by far my favorite Dunkin'! Anytime I go to another location I'm not as satisfied and know they could have made it better. Thanks for the continued work you do and the delicious coffee! I always look forward to the latest items.

I live in Rolling meadows trying to support our community our businesses come to buy coffee and I am always upset because they will never give what I want they do very wrong I don't understand why the manager cannot give them the right direction How to make a latte or Expresso coffee correctly. I asked for a cappucino but she made me a latte.nIf a manager doesnt take action, the business will close because the customers will turn away.

Do not go to this Dunkin donuts they're not clean She use same Gloves for Register and money And Donuts so I told her why she did that then she throw the donuts in the garbage she did not clean her hands she just pick the paper and picked up the donut with the paper not clean

The only problem I had was with the cashier, I walked in one night, didn't see anyone working but when I walk closer to the counter there were 2 female employees on their phone, so they both looked at me and one of them put their phone away the other just looked at me and continued to look at her phone. The other girl was telling her to come and take care of me and the girl was just ignoring her, like maybe 5 minutes she came attended me with an attitude, like really?! Her name on the receipt was Michelle and she had glasses. Hopefully you guys teach your employees to be respectful to the customers. I would've been ok if she was on her phone and then came to attend me, but this girl just looked at me and went back to her phone and I had to wait like 5 minutes to be attended and the store was empty to top it off.

I pre-ordered a birthday cake Thursday night and they took my order. When I went to pick my cake up on friday, they could not find my order. After 45 min of waiting, an employee walked in- she realized who I was because she was working thursday night and she finally got the cake for me. However when i wanted my son's name to be written on the cake she messed up the whole thing and made it look bad. They didn't apologize or give us a discount for the ruined cake. Manager name was Leandra- she was super rude in real life and on the phone
