Just moved to the area and was excited to try the bagels. After ordering on the app and an incredibly long wait at the window - during which nobody at the store said a word to me - I arrived home only to find food was missing from my order. Food was not that great either, I won't be back soon.
Food was great, but don't order for curbside pickup on the app. Go through the drive-through or go inside... unless you have an hour to waste.
My first time to order using the app. I wish the price menu could be seen before putting items in the cart. If you decide you don't want something, I had to start all over. That was awkward. Otherwise, Einstein's is great. The Palatine location is quick, clean, and friendly!
This drive thru is sooooo slow it's a damn shame. They could be making so much money if they care about their costumer in that drive thru line. It is sad. The food is very good.
Great restaurant to get a bagley sandwich and coffee during the day. They have deals with free coffee if you buy a bagley sandwich. Use their app to order ahead and pickup inside to save some time. There is usually a line being a busy place for breakfast.
