Have been with the company for over 4 years now. They treat me well. Two weeks on the road, three days home. I drive a reefer, the equipment is new and my dispatcher is very communicative. Had a bad experience with big companies previously, and I found my peace here. Will lease with them this year.

Don't waist your time. Your more than likely going to quit soon anyway. They charge you $580 a year for DIRECT DEPOSIT. They don't want to pay you back for purchases you make for the truck, such as motor oil, lubricants, scale tickets, lumper charges, etc. The account told me that they were small tickets and that she only cared about big tickets, such as BOL. Safety never answers your calls. Whenever I would call the overnight dispatch for a money code for an EFS check for lumper charges, she would tell me that she cannot access the system and asked me to pay for it. Also 2 of the people who made positive comments here works for them. The only good thing about this company was my day time dispatch and they have newer trucks.
