Bought a Canon PIXMA Pro-10 for printing photos. After less than 10 picture printings, I did not use it. Original cartridges were still on. Recently, I started using it. It did not work. I spent 150 dollars to buy a fresh new ink and it still did not work. Call services, basically they let you sit there waiting with no person to pick up the call.nI am buying a machine. I would never have expected a new machine not work. Canon produce some trashes to the market and you should never buy it. Good luck.
