Kiera was hands down the BEST representative I've ever worked with at Russell Celluar! She took the time to figure out the best phone and plan for me and really just made me feel comfortable with the over all process. Definitely will be going to her for all my phone problems and needs!
Told them what I wanted and Kiera quickly brought me some options I might like and what I had in mind. She explained some deals they had going on that would best suit me. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.
We would recommend Mike, Austin and Kierra to all our friends and family at the Tuscola Verizon location. They are always friendly and very helpful! Really a pleasure to do business with such awesome people.
So much more convenient than going to Verizon. The staff is friendly and the wait is not long at all. I will continue to go there!
