Just lost my phone today and wanted to share. I had the best experience possible today. This guy helped me and made me feel awesome at the same time. I got the same great rate and now the Moto e5 plus for a killer deal just because I'm loyal! They were not too busy but needless to say I was in out pretty quick this guy can really multi-task! Thank you so much for knowing your stuff man I'm happy to live close to this store.
I was with T-Mobile for a while and my bill was getting to be close to $300 monthly. I decided to switch to Metro By T-Mobile and boy am I glad to port over to them! Not only did I get an unlimited plan that includes unlimited data, talk, and text, I also got Amazon Prime for free! Now I can do all my shopping on Amazon without worrying about getting charged the shipping fee. Thank you Metro! On top of that, Rebekah provided excellent customer service and hooked me up with a free case and a free spin on their accessory wheel. Their customer service at this location is hands down warm and excellent. Definitely will be back to this location for my upgrade in three months!
