This store is awesome. Gustavo is very knowledgeable of all of the products and answered all of my questions with a smile. They were able to set me up with a phone and plan that fit my lifestyle. Highly recommended, great customer service. Will be returning for future business.

Came in to hopefully get off of my MetroPCS plan. Chris & Gustavo helped my entire family and I get our new Sprint plan, new phones, and were more than happy to help us with transferring all of our info from our old phones to our new ones. They helped us for about an hour and a half and even stayed 30 minutes after they closed to help us. Great service and wonderful personalities ! Loved my experience.

I have been a Sprint customer for 12 years. I will not lie, I have had many issues in the past when I upgrade or change anything on my plan. This last time was no exception. The problem came down to customer service on the phone saying one thing and then when my bill came it was not correct. RJ was the employee in the store that originally helped me with the changes and when I told him what happened on the bill he helped make it right. It took both him and I three weeks of phone calls back and forth with customer service but I am happy to say it is now resolved. I appreciate RJ and the follow through that he had to make sure the situation was resolved.
