I have used PCs Done Right over he past5 years with excellent service and follow through. Yesterday I had my first in home service on my laptop that was completely out of wack.nnAndrew came out and did a fantastic job and cleared up all of my issues. He was professional, courteous and polite. An absolute gentleman and a 9 on a 10 scale because nobody is perfect! Lol I will continue to recommend PCs Done Right to anyone looking for outstanding computer repair and service. Thank you again Andrew!!

Great place! I moved to Seattle recently and my PC was have issues and i found them on google. Took my PC in and Andrew was very nice and polite, while also quick and able to get to the point. Took an hour or so before i got my PC back and it was perfect!nAndrew even mentioned what i could do to upgrade some parts whenever i end up doing that.nReally awesome place! Will totally go back if and when i need to!
I called for a quote this morning and was told their hourly rate is $99. That's fine, considering the tools, space, expertise and guarantee of their work. Then I asked how long it would take to repaste the cpu off a laptop with an upside motherboard configuration. 2 hours.
