Lots of stuff, end ups spending more than needed.

Couldn't find a particular item...asked 4 employees...one gave the wrong section...one referred me to a nearby manager...the manager referred me to a 'red vest' employee. Couldn't find one prior to check-out. Asked cashier who didn't know. Finally, I asked an individual who had been helping place purchases into carts. He had someone look up the item to make sure it was in stock, ran to get the item and had me checked out near the exit so I wouldn't have to wait in line. Mission accomplished! Thank you Costco. Thank you Man Helping At Checkout.

We love Costco. Best warranty (short of Nordstrom) and sells a admittedly limited number of versions of each item, but I trust them to only have the best values (or take it back). Many years ago I bought a recliner that ended up falling apart. They gave me my money back, no questions. Now my whole family still buy from Costco with no regrets.

The other day I was here with my mom. Rick was our cashier. My mom wanted to split her stuff into two bills something we do quite often with zero problems. He rudely says you know you don't have to split the order in 2 separate transactions. She gives me all her cards so that I can pay and she can run to the restroom something she often does now that she's getting older. He then yells at us saying we aren't allowed to share Costco cards. I explain to him that I personally have my own and so does my mom. But this is all her stuff she's going to the restroom. He doesn't even apologize for being wrong. Rick needs to learn how to treat customers better.

I love Costco and the value that it brings. It’s a $10 dollar item store IMO since everything averages to that. It has the best warranty in the industry for any item as long as you keep the receipt. Love their chicken, hot dog, Kirkland items, and customer service.
