After having no luck in other cities/stores, my boyfriend and I were able to find our dream sectional here! We were greeted by Mike within minutes of walking in the door. His courtesy and professionalism is outstanding! He guided us to finding the perfect couch, and we could not be more satisfied with our visit to the store. Thanks for everything, Mike! Jen S. was awesome. She was so down to earth. She didn't make the buying process an issues and just treated us like friends Originally! Originally our order was going to come two different days due to not having it all at the warehouse and somehow when it came to the delivery day she had everything being unloaded!

I had a delightful experience working with sales person Duane! Not all the furniture would fit in my home and the delivery people took it back during delivery. My husband was not happy with the recliner as he had trouble getting out of it. When I arrived at the store Duane was very attentive to my needs of an exchange. Very happy with the service and furniture I received.

Jen Steven's is absolutely amazing we bought our living room set last year and our bed this year. She is helpful and knowledgeable will treat you like a royalty.

We dealt with Jennifer the first time we ordered our family room furniture. Only issue it took a long time to get. The next order we dealt with Mark he told us a cabinet/server would be 2 to 3 weeks and it ended up being over a month. Then 2 days before they were set to deliver i got a call from the delivery people, that it didn't get loaded on the truck and the lady said not sure where it was at. My husband called the store in Cedar Rapids and was told it was at the warehouse in Cedar Falls. So not sure why it wasn't delivered when it was suppose to be.nWe drove to Cedar Falls and picked it up. Not once were we called like promised. Or told the truth about our purchase. Very disappointed in how we were treated after spending A LOT of money in your store. I also called and asked to speak to store manager and was told no manager on duty. Still waiting to hear from one. Days later. Sorry to say unsure if we will purchase from Ashley again. I referred friends they also were lied to about when they would receive their purchase. Just tell the truth if its going to be 8 weeks or more say that don't tell us what you think we want to hear.
