Laura got back to me on the same day I reached out to her. She was very polite and transparent about what she was going to need to do to repair a section of my loveseat. I was in a huge panic! My dog chewed up my roommates couch the day he brought it home. Laura got the job done in less than 2 weeks and was kind enough to only charge 150$ for the repair. (I’m a college student so this was a huge help) She came and picked it up and dropped it off even though it was Saturday! Our couch looks brand new again and I cannot thank her enough. You’re the best Laura!

Her work is top notch. The only problem is the turn around should be quicker. She does tell you upfront though. Very nice and honest person.

Laura picked up some cloth seat boat cushions and created entirely new vinyl cushions and delivered them before I launched the boat. The vinyl cushions were a high quality vinyl and an improvement over the cloth versions. I was concerned the vinyl was too much of a cost conscious choice but I was very impressed with its value. But the kicker is that Laura did it without having the boat to ensure everything fit. When installed, they fit like a glove. I will note that Laura did this at great personal sacrifice working double time to ensure these cushions were available before a trip. No boat trip is more important than her family but Laura is a stickler for her professional reputation. I will use Laura again to replace some other cushions for this project. She is aces in my book.

Laura was recommended to me by Scott's furniture refinishing. I emailed her September 28, 2017 and she started April 1, 2018 was her first availability. I brought 2 chairs to be reupholstered and she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about, but would be happy to do them. She has had one excuse after another why she hadn't worked on them. I gave her a 2 month notice that I would be in her area, 1 1/2 hrs from my home, and she said she would have them finished. I just left Laura's with my UNTOUCHED chairs and more 3xcuses,eg, she's 6 months out. She's had my chairs for 8 months! She didn't even have the courtesy to tell me my chairs weren't finished and turned it on me that I didn't make it clear I wanted the chairs done and didn't commit to a date.
