Service was horrible. I came to the store Thursday and they were packed.I was offered an appointment for the following day at 5pm.nnThe employee and I stood together and filled out the appointment form. when I showed up Friday I was told I did not have an appointment and that my only option was to wait.nnwhile I have no problem waiting on any other day I made the appointment to ensure that this did not happen. instead of offer a soulition when I did what you asked me to do the previous day being to basically sucks to suck is frustrating.
My mother in law who is 90 and on my T-Mobile account was having problems with her i-phone. I told her to go to the store and they will help her. T-Mobile associate, John, took care of everything...rebooted her phone, showed her how to use VM etc. She and I coud not be happier with the outstanding service. I have been a T-Mobile customer for 16 years and this is why I remain a T-Mobile customer!
I bought a card for my phone and was told I can't use it. A refill card so why is t-mobile apart of the phone company why is it in the name were I bought my phone from im switching to boost mobile

I went in to get a One plus 8 and the man that helped, named Hussin, was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable, great attitude, and extremely professional. Thank you!
