Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

I came from the other Perkins with a terrible experience, this Perkins on the other hand was truly a blessing. Our waitress was extremely nice and polite. The manager took a few minutes to talk to us about the other locations issues. He was very nice and understanding. The silverware was clean and the drinks are perfect! I have never had any issues at this location. And will be returning many timesud83dudc9c

Horrible service I would give it 1 star if it wasn't for hostess trying to make it right. Took my sister here for her first time. Had my 2 nieces, my nephew, my sister, and my husband with. They had no assigned areas for their waiting staff as we were asked what we wanted to drink twice which not a big deal but got worse from there. We waited for over an hour for our food. They brought out the cookies and the honey mustard for my salad about a half hour in but nothing else. No appetizers nothing. They didn't even ask us if we needed drinks refilled. Mine was gone by then as I had a hot cocoa and my husband's sprite was about gone. We couldn't even get the staffs attention. We watched as everyone else around us got their food even people who showed up after us. Finally one of the staff informed us that our ticket was lost and apologized. Still not asking if we needed drinks just informing us and taking off. The toddlers we had with us were hungry and beyond restless by then. We were struggling to keep the two 1 year olds and the 2 year old from making a scene. When we finally got our food they changed the story saying the kitchen was backed up. If the kitchen was backed up how did the other people around us get their food before and if our ticket was lost why were we just randomly delivered the sugar cookies we ordered and the honey mustard for my salad. Why all that a half hour before the rest of the food. Then my sisters food was unappealing and not very good and my salad was beyond basic but at least the kids and my husband liked their food. Never did get offered more to drink though. The hostess did give my sister a $25 gift card trying to make it right which I really did appreciate and consider that an amazing compensation.

Love this place. The late-night half-price apps are a serious bargain. We bring a big group every Tuesday night, and we are SO THANKFUL for good service and good food.

We were greeted and seated right away, got our drinks right away and were given time to order our food. The only downside to this visit was that staff was going home early because they had to clean kitchen equipment so our server was the only one working. Overall, great service from friendly staff and good quality food!

We sat down and waited for our order to be taken. And waited. And waited. 2 other tables sat down after us and their orders were taken. After 15+ minutes of waiting, we left. No apologies given after letting them know. Restaurant maybe 25% full? Horrible.
