I have always been a Starbucks customer. Recently someone told me how great you guys are AND man were they right. You guys offer sooo many awesome things for your customers. I have visited twice and on my third visit I had a free drink and donut. I will always come to you guys in the future. Your staff was friendly and helpful in figuring my app out. You guys are awesome. Thank you .

This was the first time my sister and I visited a Dunkin'. Our experience was great. My sister had an iced vanilla latte which she said was delicious. I had a vanilla cream donut which was amazing! The staff was very nice at the drive through window.

Sad to say I’m finally never going back to this location again. I waited 15 minutes for someone to finally ask me what my order was (after several side eyes for patiently waiting) when it was sitting on their side of the counter the entire time I was there. Only use the drive thru if you REALLY have the time. They can’t ignore you there...

Absolute wonderful service and attitude. Turned a horrible day into absolute bliss . Something as small as asking for a smile in drive thru can turn into a wonderful experience. Love each and everyone of you!! Your faithful customer in the little blue box!!!

The wait was long and it seemed like only 2 employees were doing all the work and there were apparently from what I observed 3 maybe 4 upper management talking and standing around while they other 2 staff struggled to stay afloat Kudos to the ones that were working hard to take care of the customer. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO TAKE LESSONS FROM THE LINE STAFF ,WHOS, TRAINING WHOM.?I
