In a time of need you were there for me. I thought well I'll do this now and that later but once I went into the store I was greeted by the friendly staff and they explained to me how I can go on the website choose the store, apply for credit, choose the furniture so I did and was approved for everything I was looking for. The monthly payments are very reasonable. I will recommend Babcock to everyone I know that's in need of furniture and more. Thank you all so much

I have been looking for a specific Samsung refrigerator for 5 months and no one had it in stock. I called Badcock in Opp, Al and talked to an associate who took the time to check inventory in other stores. This took me to the Bay Minette, Al store and an associate there found the refrigerator in stock at the Thomasville store. Had it not been for their willingness to take the time to check for me I would not have been able to get the appliance I had been searching for! Kudos to Badcock for having excellent customer service. My experience and transaction with Shawn at the Thomasville store was flawless! Class act!!!
It was a good experience and I found what I as looking for.
I visited Badcock’s store in Thomasville, AL today with my sons. We were not greeted or acknowledged the whole time we walked around looking at furniture. So we decided to leave. Upon mentioning this to my mother, I found out that my father had the same experience. Very unprofessional.
