I am so very upset!! The hours of operation clearly say open until 11:00 pm. However, at 8:00 pm I am told it’s drive thru only!!!nThis is not the first time.nIt would be great if they would make their car-hop hours and drive thru hours more clear.nAND TO TOP IT OFF....NO STRAWS!
Sat waiting just to place our order at least 10 minutes pressing the button a total of 3 times. The first time we were greeted and asked to hold. Finally just left and went to Popeyes.
If I could give no stars I would. I pressed that red button and waited 15mins and no one came so I pressed it again and nothing but I could hear them talking. It like they was ignoring me. If you got your food you better than me. Just throw the whole place away.
Thus was my first time ordering plain vanilla ice cream. What an incredible taste. The waitress took our order at the drive thru and noticed the car in front of us needed a little more time, so she brought our order to us while still in the drive thru line. Kudos goes to our favorite Sonic!
Service was fast. Food was hot. Carhop was very friendly.
