We love this chain, but this one had a few issues. There were not ever any carts available -- for check in or check out. We spent about 15 minutes going up & down between our room & the car to unload & again to load back up when we left. It would have been one trip with a cart. Our room was not cleaned very thoroughly before we got there.nWe were too tired after a long day & many trips back & forth to the car. So I just cleaned it myself. The hints that it wasn't cleaned carefully -- shaved whiskers on bathroom counter behind faucet, crumbs in same spot in kitchen area, very dusty a/c unit in king room. (The counter is granite style. So I really couldn't see crumbs & whiskers, but was wiping up water we splashed and ended up wiping up whiskers.)nI didn't say anything -- we really wanted this size room & I knew there were no more available.nThe beds were comfy, & we loved having 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms!

The hotel lobby and guest room were as expected, similar to the pictures on the website but the customer service was poor. Twice we requested housekeeping services for our room and both times we were assured by the front desk personnel that it would be done but we got home at night and room was not cleaned. So basically for the four nights we spent there the room was not cleaned, we had to call to get clean towels. I am disappointed in the kind of service from a Hilton Brand hotel.

Room had dried up urine stains around the toilet. When brought to staff's attention, we were told they would be cleaned but they it wasn't done when we left our room for the day and came back. I also requested our room to be thoroughly cleaned, fresh towels and trash taken out -- None of these were done. Contacted front desk again to express our complaint and was dispatched to alternative number when asked to speak with a manager -- nobody answered, left a detailed message but there was not follow-up. Urine was never cleaned up and trash was never emptied. Fresh towels were finally brought later that night after 3rd request and then staff person promised to give us Honor points to make up for the bad service. Checked out the next day, spoke with same staff person who admitting she forgot and she would make it right. Still no extra points, no charges removed form bill and no call back form any management person. Doubt I will stay at Hilton again for business and definitely not for leisure.

Was in town for a volleyball tournament this weekend and upon entering the hotel everything looked nice. Unfortunately when I got to my room it was a completely different story. The kitchen cabinets has not been wiped down, the table leg was broken, my daughter found stains from what looked like unwashed sheets on the sleeper sofa. The worse part we were overrun with ants and when I called front desk to ask for the room to be sprayed she informed me there was a shift change and there wouldn’t be any maintenance until in the morning. Morning came and no one showed up I didn’t even worry about killing them by the time I finally packed up and left the room the ants had consumed my Starbucks cup. Whoever gets room 309 bring your own exterminator! Oh and the walls are paper thin it sounded like elephants roaming on the floor above me! I’m so glad to be back in my ant free home!

The hotel staff were very nice. However, the hotel room was a different story. The room door did not lock and I did not notice this until we were checking out. The thermostat for the heater in the sitting area/suite portion did not work so you had to adjust manually at the unit. The shower caulking was extremely cracked and disgusting. The bathroom light globe/cover was missing. Assume it had broke and no one replaced it. They have touched up the paint in the kitchen, sitting area, bedroom, and bathroom. However the touch up paint did not match the paint color on the walls so that stuck out like a sore thumb. They should have repainted the room based on the amount of touch up paint put on the walls. The top dresser drawer in the bedroom would not stay closed so it always remained open. This was a pain because it is in the pathway to the second bed. The sitting chair cushion in the suite portion of the room had a stain on it. This room was $140 a night before taxes. The room should have been half that cost. This is the worse @Hiltonhotel brand hotel room I have ever stayed in and will not recommend it to anyone else. The hotel room I stayed definitely needs some TLC.
