I have never been treated so badly as I was this morning trying to get my second vaccine. First they are no organization to it. They have first and second all together and you get in and out of same line several times but when a guard shoved me out of line and said I had to get away and let the others go with lower number after me standing there 30 mins. That did it for me. I will not be treated that way by anyone . I left and got my second at health dept where I was treated with respect and dignity. I would not get a vaccine if I had to go back to highlands. It was worse than hearing cattle.

This community is very lucky to have a hospital of this caliber in their town, Thank you Highlands and staff for your time and patience, alot of people really don't realize what they have here, they would if they lived in other towns of this size and seen the community hospitals they had.

Went to this place of business because of a blinding migraine that I had for several days. (My friend drove me, btw). I was treated like a second class citizen, was given a prescription for an over-the-counter medicine that cost $10. It was a standard headache medicine called percogesic, not a migraine medicine. It does help with cramps if I should ever develop menstrual cramps. Good show doctor! I told the doctor I did not want opioids and I was not on opioids. So there was no reason for him not to write something like maxalt, which helps with my migraines. I was in so much pain I was practically begging for mercy and I got none - nada, zip, zilch.

The expertise and friendliness of Dr. Liu was very appreciated in our time of need. My husband’s nurse Christy was amazing and compassionate. Their knowledge and care for my husband showed. It helped ease our minds knowing he was under their care. We are thankful for the care we received at Highland hospital. Highly recommend to others.
