I had an appointment and for one they give me the wrong direction's. I will never walk in that door ever again. The guy was rude I will go back to the one I use. And with a mask mandate there were at least 20 people in the small area. Some had no mask on. They are not obeying the CDC guidelines. Shame on you. I should report them and I might just follow through with it.
