This is great place with friendly people. They are very willing to help you find what you are looking for and reasonable prices.

Their lease to own is a joke. It costs 3 hundred more to acrually buy the product through flexpay after already having paid 950 on a 1,000 dollar stove. So 1,300 for these people at sears since they are inept and cant provide information thats correct. Even the owner couldnt explain fully and was totally inept. If i could rate 0 stars id do it. Dont do lease to own from sears ever.nnBtw already talked to the owner terry and he stated the employees state terms and conditions which im sure they do. Terry hisself was helping us and never mentioned it or the other employee with him. So i called and found out terms and conditions by the leasing co. Themselves which isnt available in wv so has to be paid another way. Btw he was very apologetic on the phone hope this translates better on the reviews here. But the agreed to terms wasnt specified on his side like he admitted to both of us on the phone.

Appliance order placed on 9/9 with promised delivery of 10/6. Still waiting on 12/8 with multiple other promised dates and excuses. Tried to buy in town. Just go to Lowe's and forget it, especially as Sear corporate is no help.
