I had never floated before I went to Rubicon float studio and had always wanted to try it. They made me feel very welcome and at ease. They answered all of my questions and helped in any way possible. If you've never tried a float before I strongly recommend it and I highly recommend Rubicon. It is a wonderful place for relaxation! It was my first float experience and I'm so happy and grateful that I was granted this opportunity! Basically it is a spa with the dark tank filled with a warm salt water. When I saw it for the first time I thought that it was a submarine tomb that is how it looked to me. But I was told that once inside and got used to the environment, there're no borders and everything is possible. So I worked on myself, touched water, stepped in and out, left lights on and finally immersed into water. It was a discovery for me that I had inner limitations but I continued to work on myself and by the end of the session not only I was able to close the lid but also turned off the light inside of the tank. And I did feel that everything was possible, I did realize how many things were in my life to be grateful for and that it was important to stop destroying my innerself with that much useless stress. I felt like I was flying in the space. My body got completely relaxed! On the beginning I had much pain in the neck. It is worth mentioning that I was struggling with the pain after the car accident. But by the end of the session my pain was gone!!! Moreover when I returned home I discovered that my deep wrinkles on the forehead and next to eyebrows were gone! My skin felt so soft and silky. I felt so light and happy! Thank you so much for this experience! I was searching for this deep relaxation for such a long time and I'm so glad that now I found it! I recommend to everyone, especially the ones struggling with the hectic stressful life or muscle tension, pain and definitely will return for more!

When I walked it I was impressed with how Covid-active they are. Left me no dought things are clean. I was taken to my room and explained what was to go on. I had never done this before. Everything you would need was in the room. They had individual packages for hand lotion and other things needed before and after care. He answered every question I had.nI went into the pod and closed the lid. It was real warm so I chose to open it for air flow. It did not effect my experience. After about a half hour I fell asleep. The relaxation of no pressure on any of your body was wonderful. If you have pain your body lets that go while you float. It was easy to do. Almost like swimming on your back, only you dont have to work to keep afloat. I highly recommend this to anyone. If you want a mental getaway, or just a time with no pain. This will do it. Well worth the money and time.nThanks again for a great experience.

I have tried a few other floatation studios around, but this one is the best!nthey are the only ones around who offer 90 min sessions as opposed to 60 min. their rooms are always top shape and sparkling clean.nTheir Staff is always nice and goes far and beyond to accommodate my every need. They offer several options for music during session and have different options for the head pillow (which i especially like because sometimes my tight neck prefers pool noodle pillow and sometimes the round one and sometimes non at all!). All in all, i am a long standing member and hope to stay much longer!

From its’ friendly and knowledgeable associates to a well-kept facility, there were many things to enjoy about the Rubicon Float experience. A unique perk of floating with this group is the 90 minute session duration (I found that others in the area offer 60 minute sessions generally), which allowed for a thorough experience.
