Sold out of everything we needed.
The store itself is fairly convenient which is the primary reason I go here instead of all the way across town to the other Lowe’s, however the online pick up here need some serious help. Compared to other stores it is insanely slow, sometimes taking a day or more to process a small online order, and they regularly pick the wrong items or incompletely fill orders. Their accuracy picking online orders Hass to be lower than 50%. This morning they shorted one of my orders, and when I brought it to their attention it took them a while to verify and then I ended up having to go all the way across the store to get the item myself or wait for them to slowly pick it again. For whatever reason I really don’t know why this store can’t get it right.
The Pro Service staff at this Lowe’s is simply amazing. They truly support local contractors and work to beat any other price in the area. Stop in and say hi to the team and tell them Chris Willis of Dream Driven LLC sent you.
Always enjoy going to a business that supports Veterans!!! The Lowe’s team is always available to help and most associates Kobe where everything is.
Pretty good. Some customers were not masked. I didn't appreciate that.
