The DMV in this state has been miserable since I've moved here. Long wait every visit, their phone line is always experiencing a higher than normal call volume which makes no sense because that would make it normal. Appointments are months out and they are very dismissive.

If you need to go here you need to make an appointment with WV DMV.GOV and be certain you 're request is for YOUR DMV & not Charleston like I did ud83dude23ud83dude2d. Next take Everything They May Ask For.ud83dude09 and hope you can finish with only 1 visit which takes at least a half hour. Don't go hungry.
