They were super busy in the drive thru. Decided to go inside because of that. They were great inside. Fast and courteous. Just wish they could accept tips. They were all working so hard!
MY FOOD WAS NOT MADE FRESH AT ALL, also as I’m eating my croissant sandwich I notice there is a HAIR melted into my cheese. NEVER AGAIN. I do not recommend this Dunkin at all, I’d give 0 stars if I could. Also when I took it back in, the cashier did not seem to care at all as if it was very normal for them.. When I was issued my refund, the cashier had fresh donuts on the counter uncovered & was reaching over top of them handing me my money.. very unsanitary conditions ud83eudd22
The location is the only good thing about this store. Very disrespectful staff and any attempt made to contact the owner gets ignored. Save yourself the trouble of watching an idiot remake your coffee wrong for 3rd time and just drive the extra 45 minutes to bridgeport.
I visited this location late morning and they still had really good donuts. Coffee was just right also. I was also pleased to see that their dining area was open. This location looked like it was really managed well; smooth, efficient service, and they planned well to have enough donuts in stock and ready.
Good food and quick service even when they have a long line.
