Late on Friday afternoon my computer made an awful noise and froze. I had a feeling it was the hard drive. I'm new to town and had no idea where to go to get it fixed. I googled computer repair in my area and found Bishop Computer Services. The reviews I read were encouraging so I sent a message regarding what my computer was doing. He emailed me that evening and on Saturday. On Monday, I took my computer to him and received a diagnosis and estimate, and was able to retrieve my computer on Tuesday. I am so pleased with the service and the price!! Quick courteous service, great price, local!! What more could you ask for?
Ron is the absolute best. He will go above and beyond to help solve a computer crisis. He even worked with our software company to resolve a major issue which was in the busiest month in our year. I would highly recommend his services.
