Sears Hometown Store

Absolute WORST customer service. EVER. I will NEVER do business here again and highly suggest that anyone shopping for new home appliances NOT do business here.nnPurchased a dishwasher and connector kit on 1/8/2020. Dishwasher was delivered to Dalhart on 1/14/2020 on schedule.nnI called to confirm its delivery to the store and then promptly headed to Dalhart to pick it up. Upon arrival the young man working never checked my ID to ensure I had even purchased the dishwasher, or checked the order to see that everything was included. I then loaded the dishwasher myself (young man had a broken arm.)nnAfter leaving the store I realized that they had not given me the connector kit I had paid for. So I called and asked about it before leaving town as it's an hour drive both ways. I was informed it was in the box with the dishwasher *click*.nnUpon opening the dishwasher this morning to install it 1/18/2020 I did NOT find the connector kit. So, a call was placed the the store. I offered to meet at the state line to pick up the parts they had forgotten to give me. They then informed no, they would just reimburse my credit card and I could just go buy the parts somewhere else. *Click*.nnWho does that? Who specifically refuses to provide the parts ordered or even attempt to make a wrong right? And then hangs up?! This is absolutely ridiculous! They will never again receive even a penny from me or my family!nn(Side note, this connector kit cannot be purchased in my town and must be shipped in. Meaning my kitchen will be disassembled for at least another week!)

It's an okay place would be better if they kept more in stock.

went in to buy some tools and there were some great sales! I walked out under budget with far more tools than I anticipated!
