I have been going to Westlake Dermatology for different reasons for the past 6 years, and every visit I have had has been great! The staff are always professional, friendly, and prompt; I rarely have to wait more than a minute or two to be seen by an assistant or doctor. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and do a good job of putting me at ease by answering any questions I have, explaining procedures, giving recommendations, etc. The billing and payment process is always smooth and timely. I have had no issues.nMy first procedure was a breast augmentation with Dr. Craven at the Westlake location. The rest of my procedures since then have been dermatology related with Dr. Moseley. Both doctors were so helpful and have done an excellent job. I highly recommend Westlake Dermatology! I have referred my sister and mother, as well as a few friends already and will keep singing their praises!

I have been a patient for almost 10 years now and I only come for as needed treatments and follow up appointments. I recently had my 2nd of 3 treatment done. 1st treatment was done with physician and my 2nd was done by Bernice. She explained and provided instructions on how to care for my face. Dr. Sandoval however did not. Bernice has also called to check up on me.nThank you Sue for being so patient and for helping me with products and samples.nThank you ladies for making me feel so special!

Customer service was wonderful. Quick Followup. They called right away with my test results and when I didn't call them back, they called me again to make sure I had my results. Dr. Moseley is very thorough and very personable.

I got bad acne last year and was pretty nervous about seeing a dermatologist for the first time. I had spend upwards of $800+ trying to self treat my acne. Dr. Mosley was really sweet and helpful! The office staff is welcoming and nice as well. Dr. Mosley’s nurse is also super helpful over the phone and returns your phone call quickly. The medication I got I had an allergic reaction to and they saw me very quickly after this. I got a different oral medication and it’s helped my skin so much! Some of the ointments were expensive (even with insurance) but worth it!! My skin looks so much better and and healthy! I’m so glad I chose this place.
