My husband and I were greeted by Mr. Montrail Neal when we opened the door. He was full of energy and very excited to help us find the mattress we were looking for. I told him exactly what we were looking for in a queen mattress. He showed us our options, met our asking price and we left with not 1 but 2 Queen mattresses in under 15 min total. I definitely recommend this store for your mattress needs, and I'll definitely be coming back to get my daughter her mattress when she goes to University in the fall.
I came in looking for a new mattress. I expressed my needs and the staff helped me tremendously. I was shown 5 different mattresses and given lots of detailed information about the properties of each. After about 30min I was able to make an educated decision about the choice of mattress. I saved $300 & recieved a free box spring and free delivery! Thanks again! I look forward to delivery day!
We had a great experience at this location. My daughter and I went in to buy her a new mattress and were greeted by the friendly sales staff. In the store, we worked with the salesman Adam and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the perfect bed for my daughter within our budget. He made the process as easy as possible. Also, this location is very close to their warehouse so after choosing the bed she wanted, we were able to go and pick up within 10 minutes of purchase! The entire shopping experience took us less than an hour (including the pick up) and we were back on our way home quickly and conveniently. I would highly recommend this Mattress Firm location and sales staff!

Adam went out of his way to make sure I got the correct bed for our needs. We ended up with one that didn't work for us and Adam wasn't not having that! He stepped up and made things happen giving us a better bigger bed for same price! Amazing person! He went above and beyond!
